This is sort of old but I just received this from a friend of mine.  He was upgrading so being a good friend he gave me the system.  I have to say that even though its a 1200ES as Neil stated, it still produces good sound.  I found from http://www.avreceiverreviews.com that you can actually upgrade some of the inner components to produce a better sound.  Mind you, that you are limited as the setup is standalone so its hard to really upgrade the unit whatsoever outside of getting a new speaker setup - but even that will be enough.
