It's a disc that makes a sound remarkably like a UFO trying to land in your living room. And it works by reversing the polarity of the neutron flow, or something.

If you think you know what a UFO sounds like, you'll probably think this thing helps improve your music. Personally, I need less space-cadet stuff in my life, not more.

(Chuckles) Well yes I have to admit when listening to it again it does sound like a UFO trying to land (according to science fiction films). Careful listening would suggest though that It does actually improve subtle improvements rather than making huge audio milestones.
