Does the above Exposure deliver stable current into a 4 ohm load? This model has not hit the stores in my country yet and I'd really like to know the answer to the above from existing owners. I had read an Australian AV magazine's review of the earlier 2010 amplifier which says that it does not like 4-ohm speakers too much. The Exposure official site I checked isn't helpful either. If I do get the 2010S it will very likely be partnering Dynaudio Audience 42.

Hi Paul. I was reading a review of the Exposure (www.avreview.co.uk/news/article.asp?SP=332383698134328296278&v=3&UAN=184) on this site the other day, and it didn't mention any problems with speaker compatibility. Richard Black, are you on here? help us!

The 2010S is certainly stable into 4 ohms, but if you want to drive really headbanging levels over a long term into 4 ohm loads you might find it getting a bit hot. However, the Audience 42 is not such a tricky load (most manufacturers would probably call it 6 ohm) and I'd be very surprised indeed the the 2010S had any trouble driving it.
