I have a Pace TwinTuner freeview box, had no real problems until now, it is stuck in second tuner which means i cant access tv guide, menu or recorded programs, since i cant get into the menu i can not perform a reset of the system, i'v tried unpluging the power and restarting but this has not helped, so i call upon the vast knowlege of AVReview to help.

I can not find a model number so if you need to know the exact model click the link below

Thank you

I'd probably look in the manual for a 'reset' routine or email here; twins@pace.co.uk which is their support email.

Not much help I'm afraid.....

Have you pressed the "TV1/TV2" button on the front panel ...or the "<-+->" on the top of the remote?

Did you hear back from Pace yet, Spud? I have this model and have had a look through the manual for you but there is nothing about how to reset the recorder apart from going through the menu via your remote, and this doesn't sound possible for you.

I'd be interested to hear how you get on, just in case I come across a similar problem in future..
