hi we have just bought an Acoustic Solutions LCD TV from Argos. This is a 32" screen (model is CTVL32W3HD). Needed to find a remote code for our Gemini (universal) 3 in 1 remote control bought from ASDA few years ago. Did browse this site but codes mentioned did not work with Gemini remote. So browsed the net for further 5-10 minutes to see if there was further advice available. What someone mentioned was that some Acoustics Solutions tvs take either LG codes or Goodmans. Well went straight down to try this out. The first code I selected was 119 and it worked. This maybe different for Sky remotes as mentioned above but what I did was selected the two latest codes I have on my Gemini remote paperwork. Codes 119 and 129 were the latest on a list of around 10 codes for LG models. Tried 119 and worked straight away. So I suggest whatever remote you have may use different codes. But hey, just browse around on the net and make a note of any suggestions like LG or Goodmans codes being used and then refer to your code list that came with your remote and select a few of the latest for certain brands i.e. LG. I had no choice as Acoustic Solutions wasn't even on my list of suppliers. Each brand has several codes so just use the higher no.s which will be the latest I should think. Hope this helps someone out.
