Cheap as chips or pricey as platinum - there's a huge range of choice in 32in LCDs

Hi, The philips certainly looks good in this test. However, I amm disappointed that the latest Panasonic has not been compared which means the test is not comparing like for like. I am considering a Panasonic TX-32LXD700 which with 100HZ processing, etc, etc, looks very competitive and tests I have read so far rate it very highly. Surely if comparing latest models from one manafacturer then this should appl to all. Your comments would be useful. Thanks, David Lynch

Just bought a 32 inch LCD BRAVIA TV, HD Ready with freeview.  It was a  really good deal form Sainsbury's for £449.00.  It was really easy to set up and brilliant since it was preloaded so no setting up the channels  etc. aand obviously the picture quality is excellent.

G'day all, after reading your 3 most recent 32in LCD reviews, I just bought a Philips (we have different model numbers in oz) and it looks great. I didn't have a bucketload to get the absolutely latest specs but in the range I was looking at the Philips just walks all over the rest (much like our cricket team). Very easy to set up, and now I've got 34 free to air channels rather than the previous 6 I had on my analogue (a Sanyo which has just died after 16 years of faithful service). Cheers to all and have a great xmas.
