I bought a demoed Next Base Media 22 with missing manuals (and a few other items missing) and there is not really much documentation on the Internet to find. Some of the information must be wrong, too - can't see that analogue TV is one of the options, like mentioned in some of the reviews I've found. But anyway, I've tried an iPod Classic 160 GB, iPhone 8 GB and iPod Touch 16 GB and all of these works. You can control them by the included remote control as far as it's about music - I've not been able to get any signal on the built-in display - from video or photos on the iPods/iPhone. It is also possible to connect all iPods compatible with a dock with minijack out, but the remote can't control anything but the volume then.

The Next Base Media 22 is still a great "toy" to play with and I've still some options to experiment with. - And the sound is great, too. A little bit better than my Soundsticks, I'll say...;-)

can somebody help me out?  i bought a nextbase media 22 and i visited the site and the flash demo shows a movie playing from the ipod and being projected on the small screen as well as a TV.  But the thing is, I can't get to play any ipod video i have stored in my ipod to play on the nextbase unit and to the TV.  How the hell does it work?  Is it even possible or ist it Nextbase's false marketing?  If somebody has any experience on this, please let me know asap and email me: dinnofabian@yahoo.com
