Currently i am a student and have a tiny budget of £400 and would like to purchase a hi-fi system. At the moment i'm considering separates based on your budget speaker and amp group tests. This would include me buying the Wharfedale 9.1 Diamonds and a Rotel RA-04 integrated amp. Can you tell me if this is the best system for my money or if i should maybe aim higher with the speakers and purchase a cheaper amp, or if there is a mini system that would provide better value for money. I just can't come to a decision. Please could you tell me which is the best AUX cable to buy as well for around £30.
