i am considering purchasing a acoustic solutions dvd recorder

with 80gb hard disc.

as i use virgin cable for my television will i be able to record

from this source onto the hard disc drive?

the acoustic solution recorder has built in freeview and i

was concerned that this might be the only source

that i could record from?

any ideas
