I've recently bought a new PRIMO set for only half of the price (US$ 720,-) and paired them with my KEF Q1 speakers.

What I want to know is, which cable speakers and interconnects are best for this combination. I mostly listen to jazz and r&b, occasinally classic.

My total budget for the cables is not more than US$ 100,-.

Can anybody help me out?

These days you’re unlikely to make any heinous mistakes with decently priced cables, but it can certainly pay to experiment to find your optimum sound. There are of course plenty to choose from, and if you’re spending more than pennies it could be worth dragging your kit down to a dealer to try a few out.
For some names, Kimber 8PR offers excellent bass extension, which may help to make up for the KEF standmount’s reticence in the low end. They cost around £21, which should fit with what you’re thinking of spending dollars-wise. Van den Hul meanwhile have some very decent mid-price interconnects – The Well comes highly recommended for around £65, or there’s the new The NAME, which we haven’t tried yet, but sounds very promising for £40 (0.8m pair).

Actually, my budget for the amplifier and the cd player was $500 at first(I had NAD's in mind), but since I saw the primo set offered 50% off the usual price, I thought why not buying it. Of course, the KEF speakers may not be the best partner for the PRIMO's, but I think I made a good deal though.
I plan to upgade my KEF's to REFERENCE 3A DULCET in maybe 2 months (you know, the Dollar doesn't come cheap here in Indonesia). Or should I look for other speakers in the same price range?

I have to say I haven't heard the Reference 3A Dulcet - I've heard good things about them though. By all means give them a try and let us know how you get on.
