My system is Tosh 32WLT58 LCD,Yamaha YSP sound projector,Cambridge DAB500 and LG DVD recorder. I bought a Cambridge M1+ remote from richer sounds and I have a problem with it. It will work all my units except the DAB500 strange as they are both Cambrdige bits of kit. I am fed up of reprograming it. I have emailed both Cambridge and Richer sounds and NEITHER of them can be bothered returning my emails. Has anyone one of these units that can offer me a solution

Yes bin it and spend your money on a desent remote and not cheap cambridge audio one, there is always a reason why things are so cheap

and the logitech harmony is just as bad.
none of their online codes are anything near the original. its a b****** to set up. i've been playing with it for ages now and am getting ready to put it in the bin

Thanx, Richer sounds did eventually get back to me with an email from Cambridge. The answer is that it is not completely compatible. Since the posting I have bought a samsung dvd recorder and it works that fine. I am quite happy with it as it does work all my kit except the DAB. I am looking at the Azur CD player and want to try in shop with the remote.

Gotta! agree with pete james on this one, bin it! i had this remote replaced twice and both times it ate the power from batteries and i had to keep reprogramming it, then the touch screen went in certain places and when it did work there was no where near enough buttons to accept all the commands i needed, so i had to keep using the original remotes anyway.... poor! cheap is what cheap does! not a lot..
