Good to see some passionate opinions on this one. I think Craig hit the nail on the head when he said: "I for one thought the film was at best a good B movie". I couldn't agree more - I fully admit it's not the best piece of cinema ever made (or indeed anywhere near), but I think it's a thoroughly entertaining 'B movie'...

I recently just watched the film, wasn't that much interested by the viral advertising thought it was just like the whole lead up to Lost which i stopped watching after the first series. BUT i'm glad to say the it's worth watching in my opinion its a real good take on the monster classic that fits in with modern filming techniques. was disappointed slightly in the lack of information on the monster but thats the films thing i suppose to keep u asking questions as i've found from the numerous sites now live about the film.
