I have recently install Linux on an old PC and added FirePlay to it. These are both open source software and completely free to use. It stores all my music collection and wirelessly transmittis it around my house so my whole family can use their iTunes on their own computers.

I was palnning on buying a Soundbridge M1001 to play the streamed music through my Hi-Fi but thought I would ask the question here for your opinion.

What do you all think is the best wireless player to get and why?
