As Apple announces iPhone 2.0 Software Beta before, the iPhone 2.0 beta release includes both the iPhone Software Development Kit (SDK) as well as new enterprise features.
Now, a July 11th launch date for the iPhone 2.0, iPhone 3G - second generation iPhone!

Now it looks like inside sources are confirming the July 11th launch date, which is also when Steve Jobs' keynote at Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference is scheduled.
A report from UBS Investment Research has raised Apple stock to an estimated $220.
Following are features of the new second generation iPhone, iPhone 3G, iPhone 2.0.

1.3.5-inch (diagonal) widescreen Multi-Touch display
480-by-320-pixel resolution at 163 ppi, supports for display of multiple languages and characters simultaneously.

2.Two multi-touch sensors, both on the "bottom" part of the phone. When it's closed, the phone acts like your current model iPhone. When it's open, only the bottom part of the phone is touch-sensitive, whereas the top part is just a display.

3.3G/HSDPA, GPS, Back in (Glossy) Black.
iPhone 3G with fast 3G wireless technology, GPS mapping, support for enterprise features like Microsoft Exchange, it combines free products in one as the original iPhone.
4.A Little Fatter. It's also a little fatter, but you can toss your stupid headphone adapter. The screen is the same size and res.
5.5MPX camera on backside.

6.Stereo speakers.
7.OSX 2.0.

8.Support more new format of video and audio.
Support MOV video format; Audio: MP3 VBR, Audible(formats1, 2, and 3), Apple Lossless, AIFF, and WAV.

For more new features, listed here http://www.apple.com/iphone/specs.html

Besides new features, apparently many people HATE the candy-bar form factor and won't even consider a phone a real phone unless it's a clamshell.

As I converting DVD movie to iPhone with Daniusoft DVD to iPhone Converter, the Daniusoft Studio announces update Daniusoft DVD to iPhone Converter - http://www.daniusoft.com/dvd-to-iphone.html  to convert DVD to iPhone 2.0 too. More attrahent, there is DVD&Video Pack includes Daniusoft DVD Ripper - http://www.daniusoft.com/dvd-ripper.html, Video Converter, Audio Converter and DVD Copy Studio Pack supports to convert DVD Video to iPhone 2.0, backup DVD and convert audio to iPhone 3G too. Now, don’t worry about how to put DVD to iPhone 2.0, just enjoy the new iPhone 3G on July 11th.

Addition: A countries list with iPhone 2.0 deals from Google:
Australia, the Czech Republic, Egypt, Greece, Italy, India, Portugal, New Zealand, South Africa, Turkey, Italy, India, Austria, Philippines, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Canada, Singapore, Belgium, Jordan, Romania, Switzerland and Slovakia.

Er...well that is the launch date. I am looking forward to trying one out. I might get that or the Nokia N95 on 3 for £20 a month.

Maybe I am a cynic, but all of your posts plug your DVD ripping software

Why bother with FM when you can choose from thousands of internet radio stations?
