This test misses the Popcornhour player, wich also playes HD files.

Also misses out the TViX series of players from DVICO. The TViX HD-6500 I'm using now supports H.264, MKV, and ISO-images in addition to all the other formats supported by the players tested in this review. It also plays QuickTime (MOV) trailers downloaded from Apple's web-site. Wireless network support is very poor though, and it's not UPnP compatible, which is a major drawback.

Plenty of these players are now available. but we only had space for four. But I'm sure that if there's sufficient interest we could look at some more in a follow-up review...
