No BluRay for XBox - perhaps we should still be using the floppy disk for running our games then!

Hi Jason,

After the demise of Toshiba's HD DVD they are probebly awaiting the outcome of the new format from toshiba, that is suposed to upscale standard DVD to better than Bluray ?

I wouldn't use my 360 for watching films - simply because it does a fair emulation of a blast furnace in both heat and noise.

Love the games though

Maybe I could get a PS3 for the Blu-Ray drive. Not sure the Mrs would go for it...

Not really a lack of foresight. Simply a WAR they lost. It could easily have gone either way to begin with. Though they really should have supplied the original Xboxes with the HD drive.

As it stands I have a PS3 anyways
