This may be one or two films.........Last year I saw a trailer for an action film (that may or may not had Bruce Willis in it) One scene was a man running along a road (dock?) being chased by others and during this escape he jumped through an impossibly small hoop suspended in mid air. The other was man being chased and again he jumped up and through a small window above a door. Any ideas please?

I am tempted to suggest Jumper but I guess that is too recent. 

The last Die-hard film.. Live Free Die Hard does have Bruce willis jumping through a high skyscraper window down onto a road.  It Pans a wide expance of roadway but the action is in cars
