Arcam AVR-250 problem

Hello
I'm a new Arcam user and got DIVA AVR-250 which satisfies me completely!! Nice and clear thing!

But I'v got one bug in it that really annoys: after some time of receiver running when nothing is pressed on remote for operating receiver itself (20-30 min) receiver stops to react on remote control commands. TV/DVD reacts on commands from receiver's remote control and are operated normally.
But receiver does not. Buttons on it's front panel works normally. Only switch off/on restores IR operating.

Does anybody know what is it and how can it be fixed?
Firmware upgrades??
