Arcam Solo, speakers and TV?

I'm a newbie so sorry if this is a daft question...

I have an Arcam Solo and floorstanding speakers (Gale 3030s).  Ideally I'd like to put the Solo on the same stand/unit as my LCD TV with Gale speakers either side of the TV.

Am I ok to do this or will I get interference or damage any of the equipment?

Speakers only tend to interfere with CRT televisions and then, only where those speakers are unshielded.  A LCD telly should be OK.
