System for less than £500, any good?

I’ve managed to knock together a thousand pounds worth of stereo system hardware for less than £500, bar the speaker stands which I have still yet to purchase. My knowledge of all things relating to the hi-fi world prior to my purchasing these goods was a complete zero, so I have to give credit to all the sound and hi-fi forums and experts that reside in them for all the info they have provided me. The whole of my system has been bought separately through eBay, most of the items are bargains in comparison to high street vendors and also internet based vendors. Granted, the B&W speakers are not the latest models out in the 600 range but none the less, they are new and unused and I actually wanted these more over the 603’s because of their look.

  ALL BOUGHT ON EBAY: WHAT I SPENT FOR MY SYSTEM (INC DELIVERY COSTS)

(NEW, UNOPENED) B&W 602.5 S3’s = £240.00

(USED, MINT COND) NAD C352 = £195.00

(NEW) 8M SILVER BI-WIRE CABLE & 16 GOLD/SILVER BANANA PLUGS = £46.81

(NEW) PHILLIPS INTERCONNECT CABLE (3.5mm JACK to 2x PHONO) = £5.40

 TOTAL = 487.21  IF I BOUGHT ALL THESE FROM HI-FI SHOPS/ INTERNET (NOT INC DELIVERY)

B&W 602 S3’s = £350.00

NAD C352 = £350.00 (SOUND AND VISION & KELKOO)

8M SILVER BI-WIRE CABLE & 16 GOLD/SILVER BANANA PLUGS = £80.00 (RICHER SOUNDS)

(NEW) INTERCONNECT CABLE (3.5mm JACK to 2x PHONO) = I WAS QUOTED £20.00 at SOUND & VISION!!!

 TOTAL = 850.00
