I hope you might be able to solve my problem.
I have bought the above machineand have yet to see it working. The manual is of no use.
Having entered 'auto browse' at 5 second intervals, nothing happens.
Can you please tell me what I have to press or do to physically kickstart the slide shoe.

I had a simliar problem but can't recall the make of the reader (my wife's hidden it) anyway the card wasn't fully seated and when it was up popped the menu and I was away, although recently I'be found out it doesnt work with my 4 Gb Dane Elec card.
