Well Blu-Ray was never going to lose, not with Sony backing it with actual content and of course the PS3, I don't know why people didn't see it in the first place?

Its called BetaMax dude.. Sony backed that too and obviously they still lost.. in the end its all about getting the most players out there.. it has nothing to do with quality of content or anything else..
