It is some time since I posted anything, but todays events needed airing regarding the above Headphones.

I purchased these last year, specifically for late TV viewing, whilst in bed.

They have worked really well, and do all that it says on the tin. Until today, my 10 month old cross breed Springer/Lab pup decided to chew off the 3.5mm jack plug when I wasn't watching, (he never does it if you are).

OK, I contacted Sennheiser UK, to ask about a repair and cost, no can do they said, there are no spare parts for that bit of the unit, you will have to buy a complete set of Headphones again. (The young lady blamed the German Offices for this.)

So I have promptly written to Sennheiser in Wartberg, and told them that it is not customer friendly to produce a product for which spares cannot be purchased, or sent to them for repair. I feel this is a pretty poor attitude for such a large Company. I will post again if they reply.
