I Received the A/S Lcd26762hdf a couple of weeks ago instead of the Bush from Argos. I am not an expert and do not write reviews, so apologies to more qualified 'techies'

I would say apart from the cosmetic outside it has similar specs to the Bush.

TV set up at 10ft viewing distance. I have a Humax freeview box and the picture looks better through the 26" A/S than through a 20" Toshiba LCD(via Scart)

The component progressive performs well, as does the HDMI although at high volumes the HDMI connection does vibrate. Does not vibrate through component or scart! Most people have a surround sound system for lounge set up anyway. The DVD player I have is only an upscaler and the TV upscales other inputs with little noise.

It is similar in style to the Grundig selling for £399.99 from ARGOS

HERE

No white line on this though, buttons on the right of the set not the front. All connections are on the rear. Also used a Grundig code to change my Humax remote.

Also there is a connection for a subwoofer and a slot for top up TV.

I have an Xbox (Not 360)set up through composite and playing Snooker 2003 was as good as my Sony 32"

I thought i'd risk it being Argos they take returns with no quibbles. Also as I'd had it delivered for £4.95 they collect and replace it if it breaks within the guarantee.

This is only a bedroom set and know it is not as good as Sony for built in Freeview but feel it is good for 249.99.
More important to me it is my 'wife-friendly' Press on and watch!!
