Hi there, am new to the forum and would appreciate a bit of advice on upgrading my amp.

I've a Cambridge Azur 640a V2 CD player so was looking at the matching amp, but would need a phono stage giving a total cost of £320.  I've recently noticed new Arcam A70s on ebay going for about the same price, which seems like a bit of a bargain.  Would the Arcam match ok or am I better sticking with the Cambridge?

Speakers are a set of old Missions floorstanders which I'll be changing for a pair of Monitor Audio BR5s (demo'd them in a shop and sounded far better than similar priced speakers).

 Any advice would be gratefully received.
