Panasonic is about to launch two new additions to its LCD TV range with the TX-37LXD85 and TX-32LXD85 HD Ready models, both of which come equipped with 100Hz Motion Picture Pro technology.
Designed to 'significantly reduce motion picture lag', the feature creates intermediate frames and inserts them between original frames to remove the blur from fast moving images prevalent in sports and films.
The LXD85 series also carries a dynamic contrast ratio of 10,000:1 with Intelligent Scene Controller tweaking contrast levels.
Elsewhere, standard Panny TV tech comes into the equation with V-Real 3 picture processing, VIERA IPS ALPHA LCD panel in-plane switching for a 178-degree viewing angle both vertically and horizontally (in case you've wall-mounted it ludicrously high up, we're guessing) and V-Audio Sound.
VIERA Link is in attendance for single system remote control via HDMI, and there's also an SDHC card slot and trio of HDMI ports.
Both models will be available from April with pricing TBC.
