Pure Legato

Pure Legato
Pure's Legato system was on display at the Show, featuring twin stereo retro-futurist styled speakers, a CD player and a tweaked version of Pure's popular table-top DAB radios. The Legato version includes the ReVu technology of the others, which allows you to rewind live radio, though this one has greater memory and can store up to around 40 minutes if needs be. The LCD display shows five lines of text, with multiple clock displays and there is also a built-in FM tuner with 99 presets (shared with DAB).

The CD player is compatible with CD-R, CD-RW and MP3 and the internal amp sports 22 watts per channel with tone controls and an auxiliary line input round the back. Pure main man David Harold promises a “more modern-looking” version soon.

Pure Élan
Also on display was Pure's new table-top DAB radio, the Élan. Similar to the Evoke series on the inside, it sports an alternative metal-finished look, twin speakers (with twin bass ports) and offers up to 30 hours of battery-powered DAB (80 hours FM) on six C-size batteries.
Prices: Legato £350, Élan £80
