Having already proved itself pretty nifty at
DAB radios, cost-cutting maestro Bush is having another go with the - wait for it - DABCRO6CDWHT DAB/FM/CD player.
Thankfully its looks are snappier than the name, a sleek white cube housing a decent sized two line LCD display. The rubberized push button controls on the front are mighty fine too, sitting neatly against the silver trim and pale grey fabric speaker grill. Completing this chic box of tricks is a curved back to house the top loading CD player with push-touch lid.
You've space to store 10 DAB and 10 FM stations while the radio can be set to wake you up in any way you find least annoying; CD, DAB, FM or buzzer. Other extras include snooze and sleep functions plus a programmable track memory for the CD player.
Sadly there doesn't appear to be a line-in for your iPod or other MP3 player, but all in all the DABCRO6CDWHT (heck, we tried not to say it again) looks pretty bargainous at £60.
