Sanyo 2008 LCD TV Range

Sanyo has announced its LCD TV line-up for 2008 with several new models ranging from 19in all the way up to a whopping 52-incher.

The 37in, 42in, 47in and 52in models are all Full HD compliant with 1080p playback at 1920x1080 pixels and a trio of HDMI ports alongside dual SCARTs, PC in and the de rigueur digital Freeview tuner.

Although complete stat lists for each model are not yet available, the range-topping CE52FD86 52in model - and the biggest screen Sanyo has ever produced - promises a contrast ratio of 8,000:1, 500cd/m2 brightness rating, 8ms response time and 178-degree viewing angle.

Other confirmed screen sizes include 32in and 26in displays and a 19in model with incorporated DVD player. All will be prepped with HDMI connectivity and go on sale sometime in June at as yet undisclosed price points.
