|
Ferguson Hill, the makers of the most outrageous-looking clear Perspex horn speakers in the world, have tripled their product range at a stroke with the addition of a bass option. Designed to be used as a stereo pair in conjunction with the FH001 horn loudspeakers, the FH002 is a 60cm diameter clear Perspex sphere with a 30cm drive unit, designed to reach the parts that horn speakers, despite their awesome midrange efficiency, cannot reach.
Since the horns are designed to be used with low-output amps, the FH002 has its own bass amp, the FH003 which offers 100 watts into four ohms, bipolar transistor/push pull Class B, filter frequency of -150Hz/24db per octave attenuation and thermal cut-off protection.
