At under £200 each, the 500AE components feature Denon's 'Soft Wave' styling and are available in silver or black. The 500AE CD player includes 192kHz DACs, Denon's own CD transport and heavy construction to reduce vibration. The 500AE amp comes with a High Current (HC) Single Push Pull Circuit, high-speed, large-capacity power supply and audiophile-grade capacitors.
With the PMA-500AE at £180 and DCD-500AE at just £160 we make that £340 for the lot. Expect to see them in shops this month.
