Sky is to increase the range of films available for customers to download after striking a new deal with studio giants Paramount and Warner Bros.
The agreements mean that Sky Anytime on PC will be the first online download service to offer the newest films from all six major movie studios - 20th Century Fox, Universal, Sony and Disney rounding that figure out.
This expanded line-up of films is part of a range of revamps the site has been undergoing over recent months with the opening of its doors to non-Sky subscribers.
The new deals also increase the range of films available on Sky's reasonably new Anytime on TV service, which offers access to HD for subscribers.
Since its January 2006 launch, Sky Anytime on PC customers have downloaded over two million films.
