Canadian manufacturer Bryston has unveiled the B-100 C series integrated amplifier, a re-modelled version of its existing SST amp.

The B-100 has a low rating of 100 watts per channel into eight ohms and 180 watts into four ohms - which should be ample for any domestic use.
The entire Bryston SST range, including the preamplifiers, have undergone a radical restyling with a more stylish feel to the casework and new computer modelled heat-sink design.
As with the Bryston preamps, the B-100 is available with a DA input (2x optical & 2x SPDIF). It also has fully discrete, class A operational amplifiers, rather than the typical ICs, which is said to offer improved sound quality.
The B-100 will be available in black or silver, retailing at £2,600 (line level) and £3,400 (DA version).
