Sony BRAVIA V4500 Series

Another week another range of Sony BRAVIA LCD TVs launched, this time with the V4500 Series.

The new range, delivered in 26in, 32in and 37in models apparently showcase Sony's 'innovative new draw the LINE design concept'. All are dressed in glossy black and carry a dark silver speaker contrast.

Not running at Full HD though, the 26in and 32in models deliver a 1360x768 WXGA resolution, with 33,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and 24p True Cinema Technology, while all three models house a trio of HDMI socketry, MPEG4 AVC HD tuner and swivelling stand. More tech info to come as we get it.

As with recent style-over-performance orientated models, these have a Picture Frame Mode that allows you to view images via USB, or alternatively transform it from boring old telly to work of art with one of the preinstalled art masterpiece images, from Van Gogh to Pop Art.

No word on price or release date, but what did you expect? This is Sony after all.
