Orange has launched its first internet-enabled radio delivering access to over 4,000 online radio stations.
The Liveradio looks not dissimilar to an iPod dock from the likes of Logic3, dressed as it is in glossy white with a slanting, laid back look.
Full wireless access is delivered through the Wi-Fi hook up (no PC needed), and it connects seamlessly with any home broadband network, not just Orange's own, which is nice.
The coolest feature has to be the bookmark option, which allows you to flag up a particular track if you like it for instant detail download to the Liveradio website. From here you have the option to buy the track direct from the Orange Music Shop for a one-off 99p payment.
Not exactly cheap then, but the service auto downloads the tune to your PC and to your mobile, so you've always got it with you.
Elsewhere there are eight presets, alarm clock, USB port for hooking up your generic MP3 player, audio out and a touted three-hour battery life.
The Liveradio is in stores from 1 June or available now on the Orange website for £99.
