Sony BRAVIA S4000 Series

Sony has unleashed yet another line-up of TVs on the world with the S4000 series available in 26in, 32in, 37in and 40in flavours.

The flagship 40incher features the BRAVIA Engine 2 at its heart delivering Full HD 1920x1080 pictures with 24p True Cinema mode.

All four models follow Sony's new 'draw the LINE' style concept, which essentially means minimal elements that detract from the real point of owning the TV - the viewing experience.

As standard across the range is an integrated DVB-C/DVB-T tuner1 for standard def digital viewing, 33,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and three HDMI ports.

As always with Sony, there's no mention of pricing, and sadly no mention of Freesat built in, which you have to think should become a staple addition to any new TV ranges. If you're interested in that, check out Panasonic's new TVs with Freesat incorporated into the main unit.
