The Rubik's Cube may be as retro as it gets nowadays, but that hasn't stopped German company ELAC from using its colourful design as inspiration for its latest - thankfully very simple - speaker system, the MicroSub 2010 BT.
The sub can be combined with a pair of satellites to create a 2.1-channel system and promises to deliver 'deep and powerful bass that is completely vibration free'.
Optimised for music reproduction, the pug 'n' play sub uses Bluetooth to stream tunes from any similarly enabled device, though you can connect directly using an RC jack should wireless not be your flavour.
Costing over £1,000 it is available in black or white as well, though the Rubik colour scheme definitely has a certain, er, something.
