LG has added to its bountiful home cinema range with the launch of the Full HD HRT403DA, a sleek black home cinema system that incorporates Freeview+ into the mix.
Dressed in glossy black and endowed with those sleek curvaceous lines first seen in the likes of the Champagne systems launched last year, the HRT403DA houses a 160GB hard disk drive apparently capacious enough for 463 hours of recorded material alongside a DVD recorder, so you can burn your fave shows to disc and free up space for future recordings.
Of which there's plenty to choose from thanks to the Freeview+ functionality, which opens access to 130+ TV and radio stations, with the ability to pause, rewind and of course record live TV.
The Freeview+ also includes an eight-day EPG with series link.
The diminutive speakers pack plenty of power, delivering a 400W total output via the 5.1 Virtual Sound Matrix that creates 'full' surround sound from what is a 3.1-channel system.
Connection highlights include HDMI for 1080p playback and upscaling, USB with support for DivX, and DV in for hooking up the camcorder.
Available soon, LG's HRT403DA will retail for around £500.
