| FX-01 satellite speakers

Audio Pro has launched the Bravo FX1, a mid-priced 5.1 channel speaker system.
It comprises four bookshelf-sized shielded FX-01 monitors for front and rear positions, a matching CX-02 centre channel loudspeaker and a 400-watt 'Sub Bravo' active subwoofer.
All satellite loudspeakers are acoustically matched by utilising similar drivers and are designed to integrate perfectly with the subwoofer. The compact FX-01 monitor is specified to deliver a superior reproduction of two and multichannel music and film recordings. The closed box cabinet houses a 25mm super-tweeter and a single 130mm mid/bass driver. Its hand-lacquered teardrop cabinet is designed to reduce internal reflections and is horizontally cross-braced for rigidity.

| CX-02 centre speaker

The CX-02 is a dedicated centre speaker matching the FX-01 satellites with a similar teardrop shape and hand-lacquered finish. Another closed box design, the cabinet houses a 25mm super-tweeter and two 130mm bass/mid drivers, one a passive radiator. All drive units are fully shielded. The CX-02 sits in a smooth cradle, allowing it to be directed precisely at the listening position.

| Sub Bravo subwoofer

The Sub Bravo is an Audio Pro 'Ace-Bass' active subwoofer, incorporating a 10in long-throw woofer and 400-watt amplifier. A specially designed bass reflex port maximises airflow while minimizing distortion and a variable low pass filter and 0-180-degree phase adjustment enable perfect integration with the satellites.
The system is available this month in a choice of black or silver hand lacquered finishes. The FX-01 set costs £450, the CX-02 is £350 and the Sub Bravo is priced at £600. The entire system will set you back approximately £1,850.
