LG has launched the HS102, its first portable projector to come to the UK market.
With compact design and 'simple plug and play functionality', LG describes it as a 'truly mobile screening device'.
The HS102 measures 154x117x50mm and weighs 780g, so it's more a bag-friendly rather than pocket-friendly unit, but it certainly looks chic dressed in glossy black with red touch-sensitive controls.
The LED bulb lasts the entire lifetime of the projector and is mercury free, making it less impactful on the environment.
Features wise the LG sports embedded DivX and MP3 playback and can read photo files from USB hook-up.
LG claims the mini projector can deliver a screen up to 500in corner to corner and features built-in speakers for all round playback.
Compatible with standard digital camera tripods, there are optional accessories including carry case, ceiling mount and external battery with two-hour lifespan.
Available now, LG's portable projector retails for £500.
