Philips GoGear Opus

Dutch giant Philips has provided details on the price and release date of its recently unveiled GoGear Opus personal media player.

The new PMP sports a 2.8in screen, FM radio, Bluetooth A2DP wireless audio and its big selling point, support for the Beeb's iPlayer service so users can watch on-demand on the move.

The originally slated April launch was bumped to this month, when the 8GB and 16GB models will go on sale for £100 and £130 respectively.
