Aquavision LCD TV

By Duncan Madden

Aquavision LCD TV
Probably the highest profile of the niche waterproof TV manufacturers, Aquavision has gone a step beyond its rivals and is now offering a bespoke TV service where it will knock together a waterproof telly for your bathroom/pool room etc designed to your exact specifications.

The company will supply a glass panel of any dimension up to a max two metres by 1.5metres, behind which will sit an LCD screen ranging from 10in to 40in.

The two are bonded together and presto, a waterproof gogglebox that Aquavision claims will never mist up in even the steamiest, dampest of conditions.

All TVs feature Freeview tuner and HDMI, component video, SCART, S-Video and PC inputs, as well as built-in games.

Speakers and a hard-wired control panel are options, which along with the bespoke nature of the project means prices are on application.
