Sennheiser MX 500 white headphone

Due to demand from iPod users, Sennheiser has launched a white edition of its existing MX 500 headphone. The specifications for the new MX 500 remain unchanged, with a power output of 119dB and a requency response of 18Hz to 22kHz.

As well as coming with a neat 'wind-up' carry case, there's a convenient tiny volume control fitted in the headphone lead so that the sound can be varied while you're on the move.

The original MX 500 in dark blue is still available for £19.99, but you have to pay a little more for the luxury of iPod-matching white, which is £24.99.
