Win Cambridge Audio Azur CD player and amp!

This competition is now closed.

Thanks for all your entries and apologies for the delay in drawing a winner - we've been a wee bit run off of our feet post Christmas.

As ever there could be only one winner and as ever it was a tough decision to pick a winner. In the end we went with Steve Long 2's :

"I love this "Human Hospital" programme. Tonight they are showing a Rolf Harris being castrated."

The suggestion of there being a whole species of Rolf Harris's just tickled us in the right way. Well done Steve!

Still hungry for prizes? Why not enter our 'Film Bites' competition to be in with a chance of winning a rather fab Panasonic DMR-ES20D DVD recorder.

< Cambridge Audio's award-winning Azur range is into its second generation, even better than the first. The new products have the same elegant styling and audiophile approach to sound reproduction, ensuring that they sound every bit as good as they look, but have incorporated a few important improvements.

For the 640A V2 amplifier, the power has been pumped up from 65wpc to 75wpc into 8 ohms and there are dedicated inputs for Cambridge Audio's Incognito multiroom system. Plus there's a bigger heat sink meaning that it runs cooler for longer.

The 640C V2 CD player has an updated Wolfson 24-bit/192kHz DAC, an all-new toroidal transformer and new connections for multiroom systems - basically it looks just as good, but sounds better.

We have the latest versions of the 640C CD player and 640A integrated amplifier worth £500 to give away - just connect them to your existing speakers and you're ready to go.

As our last caption comp was such a roaring success, we thought we'd do another one! So to win this terrific CD and amp worth £500, take a moment to cast your gaze over this intoxicated feline AV enthusiast and come up with a witty one-liner. As usual, the caption that gets us laughing the most will win. Good luck!

This competition was initially going to close on 23rd December, but being the festive season and all, we thought we'd let everyone keep plugging away at their captions until the 3rd January. Aren't we a generous bunch! Remember, you'll need to be a member to post on the forum and it only takes 48.53 seconds (we timed it), so if you haven't already joined up to AVReview, what are you waiting for?
