COMPETITION NOW CLOSED!
There's nothing we like more on a rainy day than to kick back with a film while munching on several monster-sized buckets of popcorn. And hey, speaking of films and monsters we've got a copy of Peter Jackson's brand new and quite brilliant King Kong on DVD to give away, PLUS a fantastic Denon 1920 player to watch it on! And as we're such kind souls we've got another couple of copies of the film for two lucky runners-up.
The £250 Denon DVD 1920 was the clear winner in our recent DVD player group test, and features universal disc compatibility, DVD-A/SACD multichannel music and DiVX playback. There's also a 216MHz/11-bit video DAC, the latest Faroujda progressive scan processor and an all-important HDMI port.
We just know you've already gone ape for this prize (ok, enough of the puns - ed), so we'll cut to the chase. To be in with a chance of winning simply come up with a witty caption for this classic scene from the movie and then post your entries on the forum thread below (you can post as many times as you like). The caption that gets us chuckling the most will win:

Go on get entering - somewhere out there is a member born to win this comp, a member who will journey into the heart of the forum (oi that's a badly doctored quote from the film, I told you enough is enough! - ed).
WINNERS ANNOUNCED!
Ok folks, after great deliberation, we've selected the winner and runners up!
First prize of the Denon DVD player and King Kong DVD goes to Stephen Ward with this ingenious entry:
"On Trisha today: Is my wife secretly dating older species?"
Congratulations Stephen! We'll be in contact shortly.
The two runners up who each receive a copy of King Kong on DVD, are as follows. Firstly, Darren Clifton for this entry:
"If Carlsberg were to invent sh*t timing..."
Our second runner up is Jon Fernyhough who came up with this:
"Patricia wasn't convinced by Trinny and Suzanna's latest look."
Congratulations to you both and thanks to everyone else who entered what's been our most successful caption comp to date. Keep an eye out for a new competition in the next few days!
