Tech+Link 4-way HDMI switcher

Amazingly, many new HD-Ready TVs still come with just the one HDMI input. Good job then there's more HDMI switch boxes hitting the market, like this one from Tech+Link.

The Switch2 4-into-1 HDMI switch is compatible with HDCP copy protection, HD video formats up to 1080p and HDMI 1.2a specification. Audio and video switching is lossless and active HDMI repeater circuits mean both HDMI input and HDMI output cables can be up to 15m in length (the HDMI maximum approved specification) - for a maximum 30m run from source to display.

Switching can be achieved fully automatically on source detection or for those who prefer manual switching, the unit can be controlled using the fascia buttons or with the IR remote control.

The Tech+Link Switch2 4-into-1 HDMI switch is out now at around £170.
