Evesham has fattened up its Alqemi LCD TV range with the announcement of the new TX line.
Amongst the higher specified TVs of the Alqemi range, the TX line comprises 32in and 37in models, both equipped with 1366x768 panel resolutions, fairly nippy response times (8ms), plus integrated digital and analogue TV tuners.
For audio, the TX line is powered by Nicam stereo and virtual surround sound. A detachable speaker gives you the option of removing and replacing with your own home cinema set up. The TX screens support PIP (picture-in-picture), are Top-Up TV compatible via the Cam slot and include a wealth of connections including; twin scart, s-video, component, composite, VGA, DVI and HDMI.
Prices are pretty competitive, with the 32in Alqemi TX costing £499 and the 37in at £749.
