Description: Chord Odyssey has a twisted pair construction with Teflon insulation and no outer sleeve in order to keep capacitance low, and maintain a consistently low dielectic constant. Each conductor consists of 19 0.045mm strands of oxygen free copper. These are heavily silver plated, as most of the signal travels on the conductors' surface.

'AN ABSOLUTE MUST!'

Strengths:
Refined, Clean, Clear & Totally Transparent sound that is simply breath taking.

Weaknesses:
None.

Overall:
Used with Cyrus 8vs2 & CD8x & Wilson Benesch Square One's. After spending a small fortune on the system I was gutted that the sound didn't blow me away. Swapped the QED Silver XT with the Odyssey and even without any burn in I knew that I had done the right thing.
The best value for money upgrade that you can buy. HiFi cables terminated the cable PERFECTLY.

'VERY OBVIOUS IMPROVEMENT OVER QED SILVER ANNIVERSARY'

Strengths:
Clarity in mid range; depth; clean, tight, bass and sweet yet detailed top.

Weaknesses:
None.

Overall:
Required little, or no, burn in. Difference immediately obvious: previous veiled, slightly "honky" mid/upper mid totally removed and replaced with vivid clarity. Truly allows you to "hear through" to the music.

Like having a better music collection; if in doubt - buy.

Bought from HiFi Cables; recommended for excellent service.
