'A SIMPLE PRODUCT THAT DOES AN IMPORTANT JOB WELL'

Strengths:
As Peter Beck says "They do exactly what they are supposed to".

Weaknesses:
The white padding underneath the spikes could be aligned better for appearances sake.

Overall:
Having placed my floor standers on magazines for some time, I am certain the 'Layer Discs' offer a far greater support to them and this is heard in the overall sound stage. Plus Mrs Fishmate is happier as the room also looks tidier. Everyone is a winner for £15.

'FANTASTIC, THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO DO !!'

Overall:
I used the IXOS 304 Layer Discs mainly to protect my tiled floor against the spikes below my Linn Kelidh floorstanders, but was presently surprised to find a dramatic imrpovement in audio performance.
