'STANDS HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE ANYTHING ELSE AT THE PRICE. '
Strengths:
Superb sound in all formats.High build quality and reliable performance.
Intuitive menus, upgradeable via downloads.
Weaknesses:
Handset is cumbersome to use and not all of the buttons are illuminated.
Overall:
If you do not audition this processor you should be given a lengthy jail sentence.
It really comes into it's own when paired with one of Rotel's multi channel power amps or better yet driving a full suite of mono blocks.

'Top flight proccesor'
Strengths:
Unbelievable array of connections, TFT screen, plenty of adjustment for a tweeker, upgradeable by downloads, easy navagation, build, great sound when fed with a top CD player as well as DVD.
Weaknesses:
TFT still glows when switched off, changing functions using the over sensitive knob can be a real wind up, no microphone input and auto setup.
Overall:
If you have the cash I do recommend a lengthy audition - this can produce stunning results when partnered with good quality stuff. I use it with rmb1075, mf xray v3 xdac x10v3 b&w n803 rel q150e atlas interconnects and various DVD players and it's mind blowing.
